(Make sure to take the photos before you shave.) All returns must have your name and order number on the package so we can easily identify the return. Once approved, return the Handset (in its original packaging with it's contents) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

Please note: If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that you fail to meet the return requirements. Real postage costs for the shipping and return of our Handset are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
